  1. Tom,

Your list of publications is interesting – It also let me know where Larry Frank landed – backstory in the early 1990s when he was in Grad School at the University of Washington he worked for the Puget Sound Regional Planning Council and I worked for a suburban city Lynnwood focusing on long range planning especially transportation focusing on the Comprehensive Plan that was required by the State Growth Management Act – Larry’s job was to review the Comprehensive Plans for consistency with the State Plan and he originally recommended that the State deny the Comp Plan because the Lynwood Plan did not recommend Level of Service C at peak hour for a major state road that went through Lynnwood – me being me pointed out that that road hadn’t been Level of Service C since the pioneers came across in covered wagons (actually true) – he thought about it and changed his recommendation to the State.

On another subject, it’s time to think about FAICP – you are a very strong candidate Tom. Think about it and let me know.

    Best,

    David
